Serving the Community

Community service stands at the heart of the Muslim Association of Wyoming Valley in Northeast Pennsylvania (MAWVNEPA). We view service not only as an expression of faith, but as a shared responsibility to uplift, support, and care for those around us. Our commitment is rooted in compassion, dignity, and the belief that a stronger community is built when we stand together.

Together, these efforts reflect our belief that building stronger communities begins with empathy, service, and shared humanity. By supporting one another and working hand in hand, we help create a more caring, welcoming, and united society for all. As Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. reminded us:

“Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, ‘What are you doing for others?’”
